We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.
1. General Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Items)
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any non-customized item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care (e.g., placing wood items in a dishwasher).
2. Policy for Personalized/Custom Items
Due to the unique nature of custom work, all sales of personalized or engraved items are final.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products unless:

Error on Our Part: The item is defective, or we made an error in the engraving (e.g., incorrect spelling or design placement that differs from the approved proof).

Damage in Shipping: The item was damaged during the shipping process.

If your personalized item falls into one of the exceptions above, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so we can arrange a replacement or credit.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return for a non-custom item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Shipping for Returns

Customer Responsibility: For general returns (Section 1), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Our Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, or personalized error), we will provide a pre-paid return label.
5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at lissette@lissettescreations.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
