1. Order Processing Time

Processing vs. Shipping Time

Please note that Processing Time is the time it takes for us to prepare and package your order, while Shipping Time is the time it takes for the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx) to deliver it.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for non-customized products are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Because these are deep-etched and finished by hand, processing begins after you approve the final design proof. The total time for creation and processing is typically 7-14 business days (in addition to the shipping time).

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Costs & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following domestic shipping options via USPS and UPS:

Standard Ground | 3-7 Business Days

Priority/Expedited | 2-3 Business Days

Note: Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be applied automatically at checkout if eligible.

3. International Shipping

4. Order Tracking and Delivery Issues

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking number. Please use this number to track your package's progress directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows the item was "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office.

  • Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

5. Service Interruptions and Delays

Delays Outside Our Control

While we do everything we can to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather or natural disasters.

  • Carrier delays (e.g., holidays, peak season volume).

  • Customs processing (for international shipments).

If there is a significant delay in the production of your order, we will notify you immediately via email.
