Wood, leatherette, coated tumblers and anodized aluminum are ideal for live engraving because of their fast processing times. Some glassware and metals may require additional preparation or testing before the event.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. Remaining balance is due before the event.
Travel outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area may incur additional fees.

What is live event engraving?
Live event engraving brings personalization directly to your event. Guests can watch their item being engraved on-site with names, initials, dates, short messages, logos, or other approved designs, then take home a personalized keepsake.
Do I need to provide the items?
No. We can help source items for your event, or we can engrave approved items you provide. We’ll review the item in advance to make sure it is suitable for engraving and works well with the event setup.
What items work best for live engraving?
Items that engrave quickly and consistently work best for live events. Popular options include coated tumblers, leatherette items, keychains, pocket knives, cutting boards, journals, and select promotional gifts. Some materials may require advance testing or preparation.
Can guests choose their own personalization?
Yes. Guests can typically choose from approved personalization options such as names, initials, dates, or short text. We’ll work with you before the event to determine what options are best based on the item, design, and available event time.
Can you engrave our company logo?
Yes. We can engrave approved company logos, artwork, monograms, and branding elements. We recommend providing your logo or artwork in advance so we can review, prepare, and test it before the event.
How far do you travel?
We serve the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding North Texas communities. Travel outside the immediate DFW area may also be available for larger events, with travel fees depending on the location.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better. Booking early gives us time to plan the engraving experience, prepare artwork, source products if needed, complete any advance testing, and reserve your event date.
How do I reserve my date?
Once your event details and quote are approved, a signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before the event.
