II. Custom Engraving, Production, and Design
1. Order and Acceptance
A contract for sale is formed only after you receive an Order Confirmation from us. For custom work, a final design proof will be provided, and production begins only after your explicit, written approval of this proof. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
2. Proof Approval and Client Responsibility
For all personalized items, the client bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all approved proofs, including spelling, dates, design elements, and graphic placement. Lissette's Etched Creations Co. is not liable for any errors on custom products once the final proof has been approved by the client. Any costs associated with re-engraving due to client-approved errors will be the client's sole financial responsibility.

3. Product Variation
Our products are often crafted from natural materials such as walnut wood, cork, or leather. Due to the inherent characteristics of these materials, minor variations in color, grain pattern, and finish between the product photos/proof and the final physical item are to be expected and are not considered defects.

4. Right to Promotion
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing at the time of your order, we reserve the right to photograph and use finished custom products for promotional, marketing, and portfolio display purposes on our website and social media channels.
III. Shipping, Returns, and Liability
1. Shipping and Risk of Loss
We entrust your products to third-party shipping carriers. Risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays or damage incurred during shipping. All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made directly with the carrier.​

Custom and Personalized Items: All sales are final on custom-engraved or personalized items once production has begun. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or the error was demonstrably made by our production team.
