Custom Order Accuracy:  Because every sign is a custom, handcrafted piece made specifically for you and your family, our policy is designed to ensure accuracy and fairness for custom work. 

We laser-cut and hand-finish your sign exactly as the text is entered in the personalization fields. Please double-check the spelling of the name and the first names before placing your order.

Returns/Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of this product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless the product arrives damaged or if a spelling error was made on our part (i.e., we spelled a name differently than what was provided in your order).

Damage During Shipping: We pack every sign with extreme care. However, if your sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged sign and the damaged packaging. We will promptly work with you to file a claim and either issue a replacement or a full refund.

​​​​​​​Production Time: As each sign is made to order, our standard production time is 3 business days before shipping. Shipping time is calculated separately at checkout.

Display Recommendations: Indoor Use Only: Our signs are made from Birch Plywood and feature painted and finished layers. They are designed for indoor display only (e.g., living room, nursery, entryway).
Avoid Direct Weather: Do not expose the sign to direct sunlight, high humidity, or outdoor elements, as this can cause the wood to warp, peel, or fade.
Cleaning:Dusting: To clean, simply use a dry, soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface.
Avoid Chemicals: Do not use water, sprays, or chemical cleaners, as these can damage the wood finish and the painted acrylic layers.
