PERSONALIZATION Provide the wording you would like engraved above and/or below the photograph. This may include names, family names, dates, short sayings, or meaningful phrases. Names and phrases vary in length, so sizing and placement may be adjusted slightly to create a balanced finished design. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, names, and dates before submitting your order. HANDCRAFTED FOR YOU This is not a pre-made frame with personalization added afterward. Each frame is handcrafted from scratch in our workshop and finished individually. Natural variations in wood grain, tone, and character make every frame unique. Engraving contrast may also vary naturally from one piece of wood to another. PROCESSING TIME Please allow 3–5 business days for us to handcraft and personalize your frame. If you need your frame for a specific date, contact us before ordering to ask about rush availability. CARE Gently dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, alcohol, abrasive products, and excessive moisture. PERSONALIZED ORDERS Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, and capitalization before submitting your personalization. Because your frame is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to information submitted incorrectly by the customer. If we make an error, we’ll make it right.
