Personalized Acacia Wood Cookbook & Tablet Stand
To ensure your personalized wood items—including cutting boards, serving stands, and coasters—last for generations, please follow these simple guidelines:
Item/Material Best Practices What to AVOID ALL Wood(Walnut, Acacia, Maple, Bamboo) Hand Wash Only: Use mild soap and cool water. Wipe immediately with a dry cloth after washing. Do NOT put wood items in the dishwasher, as the high heat and moisture will cause the wood to warp, crack, or split. Cutting/Serving Boards(Walnut/Acacia) Oil Regularly: Apply food-grade mineral oil or board wax once a month (or when the wood looks dry). This keeps the wood conditioned and looking its best. Do NOT soak wood items in water. Prolonged exposure to moisture is the single biggest cause of damage. Coasters/Stands(Smaller Items) Wipe Clean: For light use (like holding a cookbook), simply wipe the surface with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Do NOT use vegetable oil or olive oil, as they can go rancid over time and leave a sticky residue. Engraved Areas Gentle Cleaning: Clean the engraved areas gently with a soft brush and dry them immediately. Do NOT leave wet items on the wood for long periods of time. 1. General Return Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any non-customized item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care (e.g., placing wood items in a dishwasher).
2. Policy for Personalized/Custom Items
Due to the unique nature of custom work, all sales of personalized or engraved items are final.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products unless:
- Error on Our Part: The item is defective, or we made an error in the engraving (e.g., incorrect spelling or design placement that differs from the approved proof).
- Damage in Shipping: The item was damaged during the shipping process.
If your personalized item falls into one of the exceptions above, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so we can arrange a replacement or credit.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return for a non-custom item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Shipping for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: For general returns (Section 1), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Our Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, or personalized error), we will provide a pre-paid return label.
